Pune: Dy CM Fadnavis attends curtain raiser event of the G20 edu meet, appeals to youth to follow 'Panchapran’ given by PM Modi

Talking about colonization, Fadnavis said ” India is a nation that carries the legacy of grand ancient universities like Taxila and Nalanda. It is time to drop the shade of colonization and carry forward our indigenous.”

Pune, May 27: In a major development, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis attend the curtain raiser event of the G20 Convention’s Education Working Group’s Meet in Pune, and launched the educational activities organised by the G-20 meeting.

It should note that a two-day state-level convention in Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) was held by the National Service Scheme, the Department of Higher and Technical Education and the Government of Maharashtra.

While speaking at the event, Fadnavis said that India’s ongoing G20 Presidency in the backdrop, the initiative to bring together all the stakeholders associated with NSS is a worthy effort.

He further praised PM Modi’s decision to transform Rajpath to Kartavya path, saying it was a leap from the earlier following of the British legacy of ruling foreign land to performing our duty for our motherland.

Moreover, he appalled the youth of the country to follow the ‘Panchapran’ given by Prime Minister. “It is possible to create a strong nation if the youth of the country unitedly implement the five principles laid down by the honourable Prime Minister,” Fadnavis said.


“The five pillars of the elixir of the era that PM Modi spoke of are a developed India, eradicating all traces of slavery, being proud of our heritage, understanding the power of unity, and the duties of citizens,” Fadnavis added.


“These are the thoughts that will shape the future of the country’s youth. The National Service Scheme instils values in the youth generation. The recently launched Yuva Samvad Sampark Abhiyan Panchapran, as well as the ideals that guide the country’s development, will be important in instilling values among the youth,” he stated.
