Roxana Kalyanvala is a social worker and counsellor. She joined Bharatiya Samaj Seva Kendra (BSSK is a charitable trust working holistically with babies, young children and their families for over four decades) in 1983 as a social worker upon completing her Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
